Properly Interpreting Revelation By James W. Goll
Posted on 3:32 AM by Unknown
Some years ago I was traveling through the night by train from the Frankfurt, Germany region to Rossenheim in southern Bavaria. I was in one of the sleeping cars but, unable to sleep, I spent much of my time praying in the Spirit. The Holy Spirit kept speaking to me over and over, "Where are My Daniels? Where are My Esthers? Where are My Josephs, and where are My Deborahs?"
After many years of pondering on this word, I believe that the Holy Spirit is on a quest to find believers He can work with - believers who will dream God's dreams at any cost - who have a discerning spirit to properly interpret the times, and learn to intercede out of a posture of revelation.
Daniel, Esther, Joseph, and Deborah were godly people who possessed the spirit of revelation and who altered destinies and changed history through the revelation that was bestowed on them. They trusted the Lord for wisdom and insight and served His purposes in their generation. Today the Spirit of God is looking for like-minded and like-hearted individuals who will be the Daniels, the Esthers, the Josephs, and the Deborahs for their day.
Like the biblical heroes before them, these modern-day trailblazers will study to show themselves approved as workmen for God, rightly dividing the word of truth (revelation) that is given to them (see 2 Tim. 2:15 KJV). And, like their Old Testament counterparts, they will learn to speak the language of that revelation in a manner that is relevant to their contemporaries.
What Language Do You Speak?
Before you can interpret your dreams and visions properly or intercede effectively from the posture of revelation, you must understand the language of that revelation.
What language do you speak? Have you learned your spiritual alphabet? Your spiritual alphabet will be unique to you. God will speak revelation to you according to the language you speak. Doctors, nurses, and other medical and health professionals have a language all their own, a technical vocabulary that untrained lay people cannot understand. Music has a written language that is incomprehensible to anyone who has never been taught to read the symbols. Pastors have their own language, too. This can cause problems when their language does not match that of their congregations!
What language do you speak? Whatever your language is, the Holy Spirit will speak to you in that language. Of course, I am not talking so much about languages like English, French, German, Russian, or Spanish, as I am the "language" with which we interpret life. Because each of us has different life experiences, the language by which we receive and impart revelation will be distinct to each of us. We each have a personal walk and, in a sense, a personal talk. Our spiritual alphabet, though similar, is unique to each individual.
Interpreting Your Dream Revelation
Regardless of how our individual spiritual alphabets differ, our basic approach to interpretation should be the same. Proper interpretation can occur on many different levels. Here are three simple steps for interpreting your dream revelation:
1. Study the interpretation of words and symbols by researching their meanings as recorded in Scripture and other historical literature. Find out how biblical characters and other figures from the past interpreted these words and symbols in a dream context. This is an excellent (and probably the easiest) way to begin.
2. Develop the habit of journaling. Effective interpretation is a skill that is learned over time and with experience. Your spiritual alphabet is unique to you. Journaling will help you capture your distinct pictures, grant understanding over time, and give wisdom for your journey.
3. Welcome the anointing, gifting, and presence of the Holy Spirit. He will guide you into truth, keeping things safe yet adventurous and pure yet unreligious.
In your eagerness to reach step three, don't bypass steps one and two. Always begin with the Scriptures. Let the Bible be its own best commentary. God will never contradict His Word. Let His written Word give you insight into the meaning of His visionary revelation. Study it thoroughly. Pray over it. Lay a solid foundation of the Word in your life to give the Holy Spirit something to breathe upon.
Interpreting dreams is like putting together a giant jigsaw puzzle with thousands of tiny pieces that must be fitted together in exactly the right order. The quickest way to complete a jigsaw puzzle is to start with the border - the framework - and the same is true with dream interpretation. Once you have the framework in place it becomes easier to see where the rest of the pieces go. Before long, the big picture begins to take shape. At least, that's the way it usually works for me. I ask the Holy Spirit to give me a thought or a word. He sheds His light on one thing, which leads me to another, and another, and then everything just starts to click.
Interpretations Belong to God
The cardinal rule to keep in mind when properly interpreting dreams and visions is that "interpretations belong to God." He who gives you the spirit of revelation is also the one who gives you the capacity to interpret that revelation. Here are some biblical examples:
· From the life of Joseph:
Then they said to him, "We have had a dream and there is no one to interpret it." Then Joseph said to them, "Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell it to me, please." (Genesis 40:8)
Imagine being in the place where you are so sure that interpretations belong to God and so absolutely confident in His anointing that, like Joseph, you could say to someone, "Tell it [your dream] to me," and know that God would give you the interpretation!
· From the life of Daniel:
As for these four youths, God gave them knowledge and intelligence in every branch of literature and wisdom; Daniel even understood all kinds of visions and dreams.....As for every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king consulted them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and conjurers who were in all his realm (Daniel 1:17,20).
Daniel was even given the ability to interpret the handwriting on the wall that King Belshazzar saw, which foretold the king's death under God's judgment (see Daniel 5:1-31).
Although it may not come out in Aramaic or Hebrew or Greek or English or Spanish, God writes in signs to His people and He wants to give us the capacity to interpret the signs of the times. We need to pray for the Lord to release in our own day godly people of wisdom who can interpret the handwriting on the wall for our generation.
· From the life of Issachar:
Of the sons of Issachar, men who understood the times, with knowledge of what Israel should do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their kinsmen were at their command (1 Chronicles 12:32).
Two hundred chiefs "who understood the times" held an entire tribe under their command. How? People will follow a person who has revelation. People will be drawn to anyone who walks with integrity in the spirit of wisdom and revelation.
The more you learn how to listen and recognize the voice of the Spirit of God, the more He will enable you to operate on multiple levels of insight. God is the master multitasker and He can enable you to be a multitasker as well. You can listen on more than one level. You can listen to the heart of a person, you can listen to the realm of the soul, and you can listen to the Holy Spirit. It requires a fair measure of grace and the ability to block out the noise of friction, static, and distractions, but all things are possible.
What God did before, He wants to do again! Right here, right now!

Ahava Love Letter - "Rise Again" (Steve Martin)
Posted on 1:19 AM by Unknown
"Rise Again"
“"Thus says the Lord God to these bones, 'Behold, I will cause breath
to enter you that you may come to life. 'I will put sinews
on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin and
put breath in you that you may come alive; and you will
know that I am the Lord.'" (Ezekiel 37:5-6 NAS)
Dear family of friends,
Listening to singer/song writer Paul Wilbur’s “Song of Ezekiel” sure does excite my spirit. I have his latest project, “Your Great Name” (2013) in my car, and turn it up on the way during the early drive to work (full video below).
Hearing him proclaim that Israel, and I believe the Church as well, will rise again in these last days, to complete the task that was set in place from the beginning of eternity. The Lord God of Israel and the nations has a plan. Check this out.
“The hand of the Lord was upon me, and He brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of the valley; and it was full of bones. He caused me to pass among them round about, and behold, there were very many on the surface of the valley; and lo, they were very dry. He said to me, "Son of man, can these bones live?"
And I answered, "O Lord God, You know." Again He said to me, "Prophesy over these bones and say to them, 'O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.' "Thus says the Lord God to these bones, 'Behold, I will cause breath to enter you that you may come to life. 'I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin and put breath in you that you may come alive; and you will know that I am the Lord.'"
So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold, a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to its bone. And I looked, and behold, sinews were on them, and flesh grew and skin covered them; but there was no breath in them.
Then He said to me, "Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, 'Thus says the Lord God, "Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they come to life."'" So I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they came to life and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army.
Then He said to me, "Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel; behold, they say, 'Our bones are dried up and our hope has perished. We are completely cut off.' "Therefore prophesy and say to them, 'Thus says the Lord God, "Behold, I will open your graves and cause you to come up out of your graves, My people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel.
"Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves and caused you to come up out of your graves, My people. "I will put My Spirit within you and you will come to life, and I will place you on your own land. Then you will know that I, the Lord, have spoken and done it," declares the Lord.'"
The word of the Lord came again to me saying, "And you, son of man, take for yourself one stick and write on it, 'For Judah and for the sons of Israel, his companions'; then take another stick and write on it, 'For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim and all the house of Israel, his companions.' "Then join them for yourself one to another into one stick, that they may become one in your hand.
"When the sons of your people speak to you saying, 'Will you not declare to us what you mean by these?' say to them, 'Thus says the Lord God, "Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel, his companions; and I will put them with it, with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they will be one in My hand."'
"The sticks on which you write will be in your hand before their eyes. "Say to them, 'Thus says the Lord God, "Behold, I will take the sons of Israel from among the nations where they have gone, and I will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land; and I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and one king will be king for all of them; and they will no longer be two nations and no longer be divided into two kingdoms.
"They will no longer defile themselves with their idols, or with their detestable things, or with any of their transgressions; but I will deliver them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them.
And they will be My people, and I will be their God. "My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd; and they will walk in My ordinances and keep My statutes and observe them. "They will live on the land that I gave to Jacob My servant, in which your fathers lived; and they will live on it, they, and their sons and their sons' sons, forever; and David My servant will be their prince forever.
"I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will place them and multiply them, and will set My sanctuary in their midst forever. "My dwelling place also will be with them; and I will be their God, and they will be My people.
"And the nations will know that I am the Lord who sanctifies Israel, when My sanctuary is in their midst forever."'"
That day has come. In the natural, the Jewish people have, and continue to, return to the Promised Land, where they will abide for eternity. No one or nothing will stop the King of Israel from completing His plan. Not the USA White House, not the Kremlin, not the Beijing government. Not even the devil himself, try as he will.
And as the natural is being restored, so is the spiritual. The Church will be empowered to take the Gospel to the nations, in power and with a revelation of Yeshua’s (Jesus’) love for His nations. We will rise again!
And as the natural is being restored, so is the spiritual. The Church will be empowered to take the Gospel to the nations, in power and with a revelation of Yeshua’s (Jesus’) love for His nations. We will rise again!
Do not lose hope. Do not grow weary with despair or continue in a depressive spirit. As Bob Mumford used to say, “We have read the end of the Book, and we win!”

Tisha Be'av at the Western Wall, Jerusalem, July 15, 2013Tisha Be’av (the ninth day of the month of Av in the Hebrew calendar) is considered the “saddest day in Jewish history.” Jews fast to commemorate the Temples’ destruction, which occurred on the same day, 655 years apart.Several other significant tragedies also befell Jews on this day, including their expulsion from England and Spain in 1290 and 1492, respectively; Heinrich Himmler’s presentation of the “Final Solution” in 1940; and the Nazi deportation of Jews from the Warsaw ghetto in 1942.Gutman Locks, a Torah scholar and teacher originally from New York, helped parishioners wrap teffilin and pray a few meters from the Wall.“What’s so special about coming here on Tisha Be’av is that this is the location where the Temples were destroyed – just on the other side of the Wall,” Locks said. “And that’s where the third one will be built when the Messiah comes, and that one will not be destroyed.”“Even though it’s the saddest time of the year, we can see Jews come back to the land again, which was prophesized for thousands of years,” he continued. “We can actually see it happening.”Indeed, Locks said he viewed Tisha Be’av through a prism of sorrow and hope.“So, on one side it is very sad what has happened in our history, but now we can anticipate the happiest time of all creation, where the whole world will know God – will know peace,” he added. “We see it now, as more Jews live in Israel than any other place in the world.”Sarit Berko, a retired, non-observant native Israeli, who came to the Wall to observe Tisha Be’av from her home in Tel Aviv, said she has made the pilgrimage since she turned 10 years old, following the Six Day War.“My generation is so lucky to be born in Israel and not experience the Holocaust,” she said. “As I get older and more spiritual I believe this is my land and I am so grateful that I can come to mourn at this Wailing Wall, even though I’m not religious.”Berko also expressed hope that the sorrow Tisha Be’av engenders will one day be transformed into joy.“During Passover most Jews say ‘Next year in Jerusalem,’” she said. “As an Israeli I pray, ‘Next year may the Third Temple be built and last for eternity.’ We’re going to convert all our mourning into a festival, this is my prayer.”Rabbi Steven M. Graber, who leads a congregation in Long Island, came to Jerusalem with his wife and two daughters to observe the day of mourning.“Of course I think about the destruction of the Temples, but I see Jews rebuilding Israel – rebuilding Jerusalem – so it’s not really a sadness I feel, rather a keen awareness of every bit of history that’s gone on here from the time of David to today,” said Graber.“I feel privileged to be alive at this juncture in history because I can be here as a free Jew and I can extrapolate toward the wondrous future I see in this country for our people,” he added.Graber’s 19-year-old daughter Leora, a student at Queens College, said she viewed Tisha Be’av as a time for personal reflection.“For me, I’d say that putting all historical reasons [to mourn] aside, this is more of a time to reflect on yourself as a Jew and to be a part of a larger community,” she said. “I think that’s why we’re here – to identify with our own Judaism and with each other.”Meanwhile, Morrie and Millie Kaporovski of Netanya, who made aliya 29 years ago from Montreal, expressed conflicting feelings of hope and frustration regarding the lack of tolerance among Jews.“Today means commemorating all the horrendous deeds that were done in the name of religion to the Jews,” said Millie, a grandmother. “All kinds of horrible things happened on Tisha Be’av, so we’re so lucky to have our country. It is our home and no one will take it away from us again.”Morrie said he was troubled by a lack of tolerance among Jews in general, and in Jerusalem specifically.“For me, I mourn for our own people – that we haven’t learned a thing in the last 5,000 years about how to be tolerant of other Jews,” he said. “Because it’s Tisha Be’av it’s a sad day and I’m [also] saddened by the fact that I am fast learning how to dislike the city of Jerusalem because of the lack of tolerance and acceptance of different ways of being Jewish.”Still, Millie said that despite unpleasant infighting, she was heartened to live an unrivaled degree of freedom never experienced by her Jewish predecessors. “Just looking at the Kotel brings tears to my eyes because of all the Jews who haven’t been able to come here,” she said. “For us to be here, it’s a dream come true.”Fasting for Tisha Be’av ends Tuesday night at 8:15 pm in Jerusalem and 8:18 pm in the Tel Aviv area.

But as you will shortly see these are also days of great opportunity for the good news of My gospel to go forth as never before in history. Multitudes upon multitudes will be coming into My Kingdom very shortly, indeed it has even begun," discloses your Father.
I hear the Lord saying He is 'readying' us for the days in which we live, and for the days to come.
- to be prepared mentally or physically, prepared for immediate use
-to be fit, set, conditioned, primed, ripe, braced, fortified, steeled, qualified, trained, and seasoned
That is quite a list! We say yes Lord, we thank you for readying us and establishing us in all these ways!
"Keep the airwaves full of My glory," invites your triumphant Lion-Deliverer. "Your worshipping Me in spirit and in truth is your greatest tool of preparation, for it lifts you above the smog and releases and imprints My DNA more deeply into you, the DNA of resurrection life and overcoming grace. As you abide more and more in worship and in My Word be assured I am readying and strengthening you.

As you live lifestyles of loving and helping one another and reaching out to the lost, understand that I am fortifying you as only I can do. As you flow in these things you are creating a highway in the wilderness, a highway of holiness that is preparing the way for My soon return," explains your Lamb-Bridegroom.
"My dear children I am calling you to stand before Me in a state of alertness, for I have much to disclose in this prophetic season, many winning plays and strategies I have to share with you. Stay in a state of focus, keen and sharp focus, keeping your ears and hearts attuned to Me first and foremost. I have much to reveal to you," repeats your Father, "of things that will soon take place for surely I am releasing instructions and guidance for this season to those who are seeking Me. I am preparing and training you to rule and reign with Me."

"Know that the sound of My voice is being turned up more and more so that it can be heard above the noise of the distractions and disturbances of the enemy. Even the whispers that come from My throne room are being heard more and more clearly by those who have their hearts toward Me as their Father-Instructor.
The sound of My voice will be heard in the land in a new way and it will echo deeper and deeper into the hearts of man in this late hour. For even in My people there is much change and renovation that I am initiating. I am securing you into a more solid foundation of My truth, purpose and plan that you might rule with Me more effectively. For I am needing many last-day Noahs to build in preparation for what is to come........"
Part II to be continued in the next newsletter.

Dear Friends,
It is so good to know our Father is busy preparing and readying us. There is much passivity and complacency in our land and even in the Body of Christ. Truly we must rely solely on Him and keep our focus ever-toward Him as our one source of life, strength and direction.
Ultimately only He can ready us for the times in which we live, but it is our part to stay very close to Him and listen and obey His instructions. We know from the Bible that the last days are full of challenge and many faith-adventures, but it is so comforting to know that He already triumphed over all things. We have been given a 'winning script' and as we step into it and walk it out in obedience and faith, we will receive the crown of the overcomer.
"Heavenly Father we as the Davidic Warrior prayer family thank you for readying us for our destinies that we may remain steadfastly faithful to You and your plan for our lives. We honor Your voice of instruction and preparation as we set our hearts and our gaze upon You, the One we love, Amen."
Love and blessings to you,
Karla

A Prophetic Word to this Generation
Our heavenly Father is opening the storehouses of heaven and releasing a greater anointing that has been reserved for this generation. Empowered by the spirit of Elijah these mantles will bring restoration, including to those who wear them and to their households.
Written in a prophetic style, this book brings fresh perspective and strong encouragement to its readers. As you move through the pages of "Mantles" the Holy Spirit will unveil, stir and establish more of your own unique calling and mantle.

Glory Conferences
Our ministry offers what we call 'Preparing for the Glory' Conferences.
We customize these for churches, prayer-groups, home-groups and even
businesses. In these we deal with the whole person, body, soul and spirit, in a very pragmatic way. The seminars and conferences are designed so that folks receive not only encouragement and inspiration during the meeting sessions, but also receive the very pragmatic tools to take home to bring about deep, genuine change and growth for themselves and their families.
Love and blessings to you,
Karla

No other Bible teacher has so clearly taught the Lord's heart for Israel than Derek Prince, in my opinion. Even what he taught over 40 years ago is still relevant. In fact, even more so today.
Listen and learn of that which will impact your life, more than you realize.
It has in mine, very deeply.

Prophetic? - Russian warship docks in Israel for first time

Russian warship docks in Israel for first time
Monday, May 13, 2013 | Yossi Aloni
For the first time since the establishment of the State of Israel, a Russian warship docked at the port city of Haifa earlier this month. The "Azov" of Russian's Black Sea Fleet came to Israel at the request of the Association of Russian War Veterans to help celebrate the anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany.
Jewish veterans of the Red Army who later immigrated to Israel were invited to participate in a ceremony aboard the massive ship.
However, there was another even more important, even historical, reason for the visit - with the looming collapse of the Assad regime in Syria, Russia is on the lookout for new Middle East alliances.
Russia has long maintained a large naval base in Tartus, the second largest port city in Syria. But with Syria's ongoing civil war likely to end in that country descending into factional warfare and chaos, Russia is concerned for its interests in the region.
Recent reports are that Moscow is searching for a new Mediterranean seaport to maintain strategic balance in the region. Russian delegations have reportedly examined Egypt and Algeria.
But Israeli officials say that the Arab Spring has changed Russia's view of Israel, and Moscow now understands that in this volatile and unpredictable region, the Jewish state is an anchor of stability.
"There are things on which we do not agree with Russia, but there is a general understanding that we defend the same principles of democracy and security," said one official in Jerusalem. "They share our concern over Islamic fundamentalism taking over the Middle East. The Russians realize now more than ever that you can rely on Israel."
The Russians very loudly publicized the Azov's visit to Israel, and their decision to mark the victory over the Nazis together with Jewish veterans. "Russia is proud of its connection to this historical event, and wants to remind everyone that we fought on the right side," read a statement from the Russians. "There is something to be understood from this for the contemporary Middle East. Where we decided to make anchor is a clear statement, both to the Israelis and the entire region."
There was a general understanding that the Azov's visit was not a one-time event, and that other Russian warships would come calling in the near future. Israelis officials did not deny that they are open to further cooperation with Moscow.
